What type of Vans do you offer?

Digger utilizes FORD E-350 Passenger Vans. All are late model V8 Powered providing the best power to gas mileage ratio available today in any make. Standard features include AM/FM CD, cruise control, tinted privacy windows/glass, tow hitch, power locks, windows, mirrors and power points in dash and also to the rear cabin for Laptop PC's, Phones, PDA's etc. We also offer DVD Vans, Splitter Vans and Super Splitter Micro Buses too.

Why the different models?

Because everyone's needs are unique and more importantly each perspective clients budget is different then the next client.

Does Digger have those Eurostyle Sprint Vans?

Absolutely Not!

Are your vehicles self-drive?

All Vans, Splitters and Super Splitters are self-drive optional.

Can we adjust the interior of the van?

Do you need extra interior space for luggage or gear?
Do you want to move some benches around?

Unlike other companies we will adjust the interior of the Van, with in reason, to better accommodate your travel. Keep in mind that each occupant must have a dedicated safety belt. Just let us know at time of reservation if you have a request for specific set up for the interior.

What happens if we have a mechanical issue with the Van or Bus?

Vans and Buses are Machines! This means that we take very good care of them, simply because they cost a bundle of money and we want to do everything we can to keep them in proper order and the client happy. But no matter what anyone can promise you, from time to time, Machines (Vans/Buses) can need service while on the road no matter what is done while they are here. So that's we we belong to NTTS, because there is no better service on a National basis avialable in the USA, period

We keep and maintain excellent rigs (Vans and Buses) serviced on regular and consistent intervals. Safety and service is essential to us. The rigs go into service inspection weather we think they need it or not. We leave it all to the pro's in the NTTS Network. Maintenance is key and we take it very seriously.

So what happens if something does go south?

NTTS service shops are professional, commerical-grade reputable shops with the understanding of getting rigs up and running quickly. With auto clubs and travel services you have no idea where you or the rig will end up for service, good luck when your auto club tows you to billy bobs bumper humper service shop thats the nearest shop to you! Do you have any idea what kind of shop they are, their history, are they even accredited? Do you know anything about the shop at all other then your now there and are out of options other then what they tell you? We get the rig, on our dime, to quality shops that undestand working past closing time isnt the exception but the norm. The majority of the NTTS shops offer two and some times three shift's of mechanics on call. It really does make a difference thats fact. Worried about not finding a shop? Not hardly, we have yet to be left out and whe have been doing this since 1994.

Will we be down for a long time?

I don't think you will find another company so eager to get you back on the road, it does us no good otherwise, I mean absolutely none at all. We understand staying on track means staying on the road. But wait there is a catch and you should know this? If there is a need for a replacement part that is not locally available (think middle of nowheresville),, we get them as FAST AS POSSIBLE AT OUR COST. Parts are sometimes the achilles heal no matter how quick the service.
